Technical Support Basic Service
Customers have 10 business days (after the DSL Internet Service order is completed) to achieve a self-install, and Help Desk support is available throughout this time.

Uninstalling EnterNet 300
Note: Make sure that EnterNet 300 is NOT running when attempting to uninstall it.
Go to Start->Programs-> EnterNet 300->UnInstall EnterNet
Click OK to completely remove EnterNet 300 and all of its components.
Uninstalling (and reinstalling) the Kingston Adapter
- Select Start -> Settings -> Control Panel. Double-click the System icon and choose the Device Manager tab.
- Open the Network Adapters section (click the Plus sign).
- If you dont see the device under Network Adapters, look for a PCI Ethernet Controller in Other Devices. See picture below.
- Highlight the PCI Ethernet Controller, or Kingston KNE-PC2 (laptop) or KNE110 (desktop) adapter and click Remove.
If you dont see the Kingston at all in the Device Manager, the card is probably not seated correctly. Follow the steps below.
- Shut down the desktop or laptop. Turn OFF and unplug the computer and any peripheral devices.
- Remove the Kingston Adapter Card
DESKTOP: For the Internal Kingston Ethernet Adapter Card:
Open the computer case using your computer manufacturers instructions and then, remove the screw holding card in place.
Carefully remove the Kingston Adapter card from the PCI slot.
LAPTOP For the PC Card
Press the release button (consult your computer manufacturers Owners Manual if you dont know where this button is located).
Slide the PC Card completely out of the slot.
- Reinstall the card following procedures in Step 3. Desktop users should a different PCI slot, if possible.
