For general help with Internet software distributed by SNET, we suggest searching either the Microsoft Knowledge Base or the Netscape Knowledge Base depending on what software you are using.
If
you have purchased a new computer that came pre-loaded with Windows
XP, are planning to upgrade to Windows XP or are using an Efficient
Networks 3060/4060 modem, please read the following:
Check
the speed of your DSL connection.
EnterNet
300 1.5 download available in Personal Options. Log in at https://options.snet.net/snet/
and look under "Software Downloads." EnterNet 300
1.5 is compatible with Windows Me and Windows 2000. Please read
the accompanying installation material carefully before upgrading.
